Saturday tennis in Mason

Saturday was William's day to go with me to the Western-Southern Open in Mason.

Our first trip here together. A day I'll never forget. Ever.

He does like his ice cream.

Making sure he appreciates history, I took him inside the tournament museum.

Birthday Party

August 15th this year marked my father's 70th and my 48th birthday. We got together at my parent's house with family for food and fun.

William and I took a road trip to the BGSU Rink on Friday to get in some skating. Hockey season is around the corner.......

After skating we went to Myles Dairy Queen, but not before he checked out the railroad tracks next to the parking lot...

Summer Vacation Comes to an End

With summer vacation coming to an end, it's worth noting that one of our favorourite pastimes here in the south-end of Findlay is visiting the Dairy Queen. Owned by Jimmy Niemeyer since I was a kid, it has been an institution of summer-time in south Findlay. It's a joy to share these fun times with William.
