Fond Memories

Coming to Lima for me is bittersweet, but one of the fond memories is eating at Kewpee. 

My Wife the Work Horse

This time of the year I LIVE at work. Thus, there is an extra load of stuff that gets piled on my wife. None-the-less, some mountains she chooses to climb are optional, like Wednesday when she bought 4 CUBIC YARDS OF MULCH. MY GOD !!! Do you know how much mulch that is !?!?!? Apparently she did, because she has already spread most of it and there won't be any extra. 

You have to admit, it looks great. Good job babe ! Xoxoxo

Hawks take Game One !!

I cant stand Steven Stamkos. I'm not even sure how to spell that girl's name, but I know one thing for sure, the Hawks will never lose The Stanley Cup to him. 

Hawks are up 1-0 thanks to tonight's 2-1 win. 

Game 2 Friday in Tampa.......

Pack your Bags, We're going to Anaheim !!!!

The Blackhawks made it happen tonight with a clutch game 6 win tonight at The United Center.  Game 7 Saturday night in Anaheim.........

I Hate the Anaheim Ducks

I am so sick and tired of hearing "save by Andersen", "block by Andersen", "deflected by Andersen".

 

Anaheim Ducks Goalie Frederick Andersen is having the series of his life, and its probably going to cost my beloved Chicago Blackhawks the opportunity to move on to the Stanley Cup Finals.

The Hawk's captain Jonathon Toews scored twice in the final 90 seconds of the final period to tie the score.

 

  But..................within 45 seconds of OT, Anaheim scores to win the game 5-4.

 

Ducks now lead the series 3-2 as we go back to The United Center for game 6.
